TAGGIASCA OLIVES IN BRINE
The Taggiasca olive is a typical cultivar of western Liguria, in the province of Imperia, and is one of the most prestigious table olives. Much of the Taggiasca olives processed at our production site also come from the olive groves on our property. Precious, small Taggiasche olives are the fruit of the rugged land of Liguria with an unmistakable taste that evokes ancient origins, excellent for flavoring any dish, as an aperitif or added to meat, game, salads, fish and pasta dishes.
