Minasso Company produces directly by transforming raw materials (basil, olives, tomatoes, etc.) intohigh-quality finished products typical of the area and directly takes care of their production.

In its production, the company followsartisanal recipes to ensure the authenticity of its products, but adopts industrial production systems that give it a high production capacity with special emphasis on quality control. In this regard, the Company has equipped itself with an in-house testing laboratory.
