An ITALIAN HISTORY
that has been with us for more than sixty years

Minasso, was the very first company manufactoring distinctive Riviera products. Back in 1962 when Serafino Minasso starts growing and spreading the Taggiasca olive in Italy and over the French border.

Then he started processing the olives to obtain both black and green olives paté, the Pesto and other traditional sauces from the western Riviera and mediterranean diet.

Currently, the business continues with the new generations who, always with the same family passion handed down from their father and with the use of modern production equipment, manage to enhance the company’s production capacity, expanding it to new markets, without ever losing sight of the quality of the products and the craftsmanship of the original recipes.
