Minasso, was the very first company manufactoring distinctive Riviera products.


Back in 1962 when Serafino Minasso starts growing and spreading the Taggiasca olive in Italy and over the French border.


Then he started processing the olives to obtain both black and green olives paté, the Pesto and other traditional sauces from the western Riviera and mediterranean diet.

Late in the '80s his daughters Ivana, Daniela and Emiliana get the family-run business. They know how to combine passion for traditional flavours and modern manufacturing plants.


They soon expand their commerce keeping an eye on quality and handicrafts of the original recipes.
